    Let me know a 3 exercise Expander workout that I can use for maintenance once in awhile. No hurry and I enjoy your website.
    Lots of good stuff. I usually workout 2 times a week and but I sometimes
    do a 3rd day with just a True archer’s Pull.

      Hey Tom,
      3 Exercises for maintenance might be too few to maintain your muscles.

      I recommend doing at least these 6:
      Back Press
      Overhead Downward Pull (back)
      Overhead Press
      Front Chest Pull
      Biceps Curl / Hammer Curl

      If you really want to cut down (don’t do it), you may want to try this combination:
      Overhead Downward Pull (back)
      Overhead Press
      Front Chest Pull

    I believe you told several months ago that if I did a True Archer’s Pull 2-3 time s a week I could maintain my upper body muscles. I am 79 years old and trying to develop a maintenance program I can use for 2-3 weeks at a time along with 3 aerobic maintenance days. My regular workout is Front Chest Pull,Back Press, Overhead Downward Pull,True Archer’s Pull and Whippet. Sometimes I throw in a Propeller Exercise. Great website.
