Pull Up

Pull Up, King of all BWE

Exercise description

Grip the bar or rings and hang on with straight arms. Now pull yourself up, until your chin is over the bar. Return controlled into starting position.

Try not to use your legs to push yourself up. If you want to do killing pull ups go to CrossFit.

– Grip strength
– Biceps
– Back shoulder
– Latissimus
– Abs (depends on exercise)

Why are Pul Ups that important?

No other body weight exercise build upper body muscles as good as the Pull Up!
