Biceps Curl


Stand tall, one handle is stared with your foot at the ground (e.g. the right foot). The other handle is in your right hand, palm facing to the front, this arm is stretched towards the floor. Now contract your biceps completely until your hand nearly touches your shoulder. Then move slowly and controlled back into the starting position.

For better results fix your arm with your fist behind (concentration curls).
