Overhead Press

Description

Ready Position: Strand tall, chest expander in back of you, one arm is pointing straight to the floor, the other is bent and its fist next to its shoulder.

Now flex your bent arm straight to the ceiling. The chest expander should nearly be touching your back. Then slowly release the expander into the ready position.

Do it with one arm until failure, than use the other arm.
