Expander Workouts, here they are!
This Basic-Workout helps you to get started with chest expanders. It’s a A/B-Day Workout with a rest day in-between. This Workout is great if you’re doing other sports beside chest expanders, be cause you only train 2 days a week. Wolf still trains this way and constantly improves.
These are Workout Ratazong uses. They’re going from easy to hard. You will need to be strong minded to get through them, but you will become incredible strong and get unbreakable will power!
